About
I'm Adam Young. I've spent years working in lead gen and call marketing, and a good chunk of that time has been spent inside the health insurance space, specifically buying and selling calls tied to Medicare, under 65 (u65), and ACA plans.
This site is where I write down what I've learned about buying those calls, mostly so I stop making the same mistakes twice, and so anyone else figuring this out has a shortcut I didn't have.
I'm not an insurance agent, I'm not a carrier, and I don't sell policies. I'm not going to pretend I have some long company history or a wall of credentials. What I have is time spent testing traffic sources, talking to buyers and sellers, and paying attention to what actually moves the needle versus what just sounds good in a pitch deck.
That's the perspective behind everything here: honest, a little skeptical, and grounded in the day-to-day reality of buying calls in this industry. Some of it will be things I got right. Some will be things I got wrong first, then figured out. I'd rather tell you both than pretend it's all been smooth.
If you're new to buying health insurance calls, or you've been at it a while and want another set of eyes on how the space works, this site is meant to be a useful, plain-spoken resource. No hype, no guarantees, just notes from someone still learning right alongside you.
If you want to get in touch, use the form on the site. I read what comes through it.
